​Please Note: For all players, Insurance must now be paid individually, separate to club registration fees. The insurance cost varies with player age and must be paid on MySideline. Registration fee payment options are listed below.

Club registration fees are:

​

• $100 - Junior players (U6 - U7)

• $300 - Players (U8 – U17)

• $270 - Players (U8 – U17) - families with 2 players

• $240 - Players (U8 – U17) - families with 3 players

• $200 - Girls (U13 and U15) 

• $200 - Players (U19 - Open) (Note: Includes Insurance)

Registering your child to play rugby league involves registering their details online and paying the registrations fees as per the fee structure.  Due to the large financial liability and penalties to a club for non-registration and non-payment of fees, a strict NO PAY NO PLAY policy will be adopted this year.

Sign on day at Purtell Park is Sunday 16th February 2025 from 9 am to 1 pm.  Assistance will be provided in registering your child and you will be able to pay registration fees and purchase uniforms and training gear.  All new players must bring proof of identification such as a birth certificate or passport.

Please note your child’s registration will not be completed until all required documentation is provided and registration fees are paid.

There are no weekly fees.

The Registration Fee covers the cost of:

• Playing Jersey

• Club Polo Shirt

• Team Photo

• Presentation Day Activities

• Player & Team Registration & Insurance

• Referees Fees

• Ground Maintenance

• Training Venue Maintenance

• Use of training equipment

• On-site Sports Medicine (First Aid)

Player Withdrawals and Fee Cancellations

 

All player withdrawals are to be notified to the registrar as soon as possible at registrar@westsbrisbanejrl.com.au. Cancellation of a player registration will incur an administration fee of $50 if notification is received prior to the third game of the season. The remaining balance of the fees will then be refunded.

Should a registration be cancelled after this time, a 50% fee penalty will apply.

Please note that fees are still payable if your child sustains an injury prior to the total registration fee amount being made.

Fees must be paid by season commencement to avoid your child being stood down until the fees are paid.
